MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple, undrained

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 9"x13" greased and floured cake pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until spongy to touch.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
