MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat above ingredients well. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
