CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. water
1 c. onion, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 can green peas, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Marzettis Original Slaw Dressing
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white chicken meat

Combine rice and cold water and bring to a boil; simmer about 3 minutes. Cover and set aside to cool. Mix all other ingredients together and add rice.

Tuna may be substituted for chicken.
