MARINARA SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato juice
Onion flakes to taste
Garlic salt or powder to taste
4 lg. green peppers, cut in strips
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom pieces, drained

Cook all ingredients together. Start on high until it boils, then reduce heat. Stir occasionally for 2-3 hours. Add 1 tablespoon oregano, stir in. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Can be used for pizza sauce, lasagna, etc.
