MEATLOAF ROLL 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/8 c. Heinz 57
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 egg
1/8 to 1/4 c. salsa
2 c. cooked chopped broccoli
2 c. grated cheese

Mix ground round, onion, green pepper, A1, 57, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning, egg and salsa. Take large piece of foil or wax paper lay out. Take meat loaf mix and spread into a square about 1/2 thick. Place cooked broccoli onto center of square, put cheese on top of broccoli. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
