HOT RELISH 
1 c. oil
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 bell peppers, chopped
1 c. jalapenos, sliced
4 lg. tomatoes, diced
20 oz. catsup
15 oz. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. whole oregano
1 can beer

Saute onions, bell pepper, and jalapenos in oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a quick boil. Simmer uncovered for 2-3 hours. If canning, place in hot tub for 3 minutes until lid seals. Makes 1 gallon.
