1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa (heaping, if you like chocolate) 1/4 c. dry milk mix (optional) 2 eggs 1 c. flour (half can be whole wheat) 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts These can be mixed in the pan. Melt butter (at least half way) in a medium size pan. Take off heat, don't use high heat as butter burns easily. Add sugar and cocoa. Mix well and add vanilla and eggs. Mix and add flour, dry milk mix, and nuts. Mix. Bake at 350 degrees in greased square pan for 20 minutes. (The whole wheat flour gives them a "nutty" taste.) |
