WILTED SPINACH AND BACON SALAD 
1 bag (10 oz.) fresh spinach, rinsed, drained and torn in bite size pieces
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
5 bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine spinach, onions and radishes in large bowl. Set aside.

In medium skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to bacon drippings and heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Pour mixture over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings about 195 calories each. May use leaf lettuce instead of spinach.
