CHICKEN GO BYE BYE 
6 boneless breasts
16 oz. Old El Paso salsa (med.)
4-6 oz. Havarti cheese, sliced thin

Sprinkle breasts with pepper, cumin and garlic powder. Place in baking dish; pour salsa over chicken. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Place sliced Havarti on top of breasts; bake 5 more minutes. Remove; serve over rice.

Note: Prepare rice according to package directions but add 1/4 cup chopped onion and green pepper and 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms. Also you can substitute chicken broth for the water to add more flavor.
