MOCHA SUPREME CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. shredded coconut
1 lb. graham crackers, crumbled
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until light. Add baking powder and graham cracker crumbs; beat again. Add coconut, drained pineapple, nuts, milk and vanilla. Beat very hard for 2 minutes. Bake in a 14 x 10 x 2 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can pineapple, drained

Melt butter and sugar. Add pineapple and beat. Spread on cool cake.
