CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Boil one hen or two fryers and chop very well (save some broth).

Chop very fine: 1 c. celery 1 c. onions

Melt 1 stick of butter in a very large pan and saute the above.

To the above add: 1 can mushroom pieces or you may use mushroom soup 12 stuffed olives, cut in pieces Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. chicken broth 1 box cooked spaghetti (sm. box), be sure it has been cooked and drained well 1/2 lb. sharp cheese

Pour in casseroles. You may freeze this casserole. If you freeze it be sure to add 1 can cream of chicken soup because freezing dries out the juices. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until bubbling hot. You may want to grate cheese on top. This makes a large amount.
