POPPY SEED MINIATURES 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 reg. box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. DRY poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cream sherry
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
Confectioners' sugar

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl in order as listed. Mix with electric mixer until well blended (batter will be thick). Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Use miniature cupcake tins with paper liners. Fill liners 1/2 full. Cool cupcakes and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
