PORK CHOPS & WILD RICE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® original long grain & wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 c. water
6 pork chops
Paprika

Combine spice packet, soup and water; mix evenly, add rice and mix. Pour into casserole dish than has been cooking sprayed; lay mushrooms on top of mixture then arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour, remove cover. Bake an additional 20 minutes.
