BEANS O'LE 
1 lb. pinto beans (presoaked)
7 c. water
3 lb. pork roast (or beef)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped

Mix all together, put lid on it. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low 5-6 hours. Uncover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
