GREEN BEAN SANDWICH SPREAD 
2 c. (1 1/2 to 2 lbs.) cooked pork roast, ground
2 c. cooked green beans, drained and ground
1/2 c. sweet pickled beets, drained and ground
1/4 c. ground onion
3 or 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

After cooking and grinding the ingredients, place in large bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and other mixture. Spread on slices of bread. Delicious served with potato chips and ice tea.
