CHICKEN CUTLETS PARMESAN 
4 deboned chicken breasts
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter

Beat egg. Mix bread crumbs with cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil and butter until done. May need to add extra oil and butter.
