POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix) 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt 1/3 c. oil 1/2 c. water 4 eggs 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir to blend. Using electric mixer, beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick. Needs no icing. |
