BAKED SWEET BREADS 
Select large sweet breads. Dip in beaten egg and then into cracker crumbs. Fry in deep fat until brown. Place in large pan and cover half with milk. Lay slices of onions on top. Dot with butter and squeeze lemon juice over meat. Bake slowly at 300 degrees until done, about 2 1/2 or 3 hours.
