SPICY SAUSAGE/ROTELLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Rotelle pasta
1 lb. sweet sausage, casing removed
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 pt. heavy cream
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes

Cook pasta until al dente; set aside. Saute sausage and diced onion until pink color disappears. Add tomato, can be broken into pieces. Add pepper flakes, may use less if less spicy is desired. Cook until boiling. Shut off heat, add cream. Drain pasta, pour pasta into sausage mixture and mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
