POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. sour cream (or less) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. grated cheddar cheese Mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 3 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup butter and cover top of potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
