1 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Melt butter and sugar over hot water in saucepan. Add and mix other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
