SUNSHINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix at medium speed about 2 minutes. Grease and flour round or square pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake approximately 20 minutes and cool.

FILLING AND ICING:

20 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. cheesecake (filling)
1 tbsp. sugar

Blend crushed pineapple, sour cream, cheesecake filling and sugar until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip. Use 1/3 of mixture for filling of first layer. Using rest of mixture, ice top of cake and sides. Refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy!
