FRUIT PIE CRUST 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour

Stir butter to soften. Mix in sugar and egg yolk. With pastry blender or 2 knives mix in flour until crumbs form. Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until edge is brown.
