CARAMEL PECAN PIE 
28 caramels
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Cool Whip
1/4 c. warm water
Baked pie crust
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix gelatin into water and let set. Melt caramels. Stir gelatin into caramels. Whip cream until stiff, fold into caramel mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Cover with Cool Whip.
