CELERY CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. salted celery (boil 5 minutes and drain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 oz. chopped red pimiento
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together and put in greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed bacon crackers
6 tbsp. butter
4 oz. sliced almonds

Saute the above ingredients and put over celery mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
