STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cut in cubes
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cut in cubes

Put in casserole dish. Beat 1 dozen eggs and 2 cups milk; add 1/3 cup maple syrup. Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
