YUM - YUM 
60 (3 c.) Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. milk
2 boxes instant coconut pudding

Mix together crackers and butter; pat in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Blend together ice cream and milk in mixer and fold in pudding. Pour over cracker crumbs. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
