ORIENTAL SWORDFISH 
1 pound swordfish steak
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon kethcup
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in single layer in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish. Marinate for 1 hour.

Place fish on well greased grill. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for about 8 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn, and cook another 7 minutes or so until fish flakes easily with a fork.

This was delicious. I served it with grilled asparagus seasoned with kosher salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar/olive oil. Grilled them during the last 5 minutes while the fish was cooking.
