MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Cream together sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, coconut and nuts; beat 2 minutes. Bake in a 9"x13" greased pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately spread with marshmallow creme. Cool.

FROSTING: 16 ounces powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Beat ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
