WHOLE WHEAT SPOON BREAD 
3 pkgs. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. warm water
1/2 c. honey
10 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. soy milk powder
1/2 c. warm oil
1/2 c. molasses

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside until it rises. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. After yeast rises, add mixture to liquid ingredients. Add warm oil. Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon into greased bread pans. Let rise 40 minutes or until double in bulk. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees or for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Yield: 4 loaves.
