1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 12 eggs 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese 1/8 c. water Sour cream Salsa Chives Fry hash browns with salt and pepper. Grate cheeses together. Add beaten eggs and water, then cooked potatoes. Mix well and place in large Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve in squares topped with sour cream, chives and salsa. Serves 8-12. |
