LYNN'S FRENCH ONION SOUP 
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. white wine
1 qt. beef bouillon
Parmesan cheese
Hard toast

Slice and chop onions into small pieces. Over medium heat, brown onions in 2 quart pan with a little water to prevent burning. When brown, add flour and stir gently until brown. Pour in bouillon and wine. Bring to boil, simmer 20 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese and toast.
