BASIC OVEN MEATBALLS 
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
3 lb. ground beef

Beat eggs, stir in milk, crumbs, onion, salt. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 6 dozen 1-inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, cool then freeze if desired, 24 balls to a package.
