1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped fine 4 boiled eggs 1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® salad dressing mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar Baco's 1 sm. head lettuce, chopped fine In large bowl, make one layer of lettuce (use 1/2 head), add peas, chestnuts, eggs, Baco's and dry dressing mix. Add other 1/2 lettuce head. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on top. Cover and chill 2 hours or more, overnight is better. Hemphill, TX |
