HONEY MINT MELON BOWL 
1/2 c. honey
2 whole cardamom
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Fresh mint sprigs
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. snipped mint
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 c. assorted melon balls
1/4 c. sherry

Mix honey and water. Peel cardamom, crush seeds and stir into honey mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over mint (snipped), cover, cool. Stir in juices, orange peel and sherry. Marinate balls overnight. Garnish with fresh mint.
