TRADITIONAL PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground salt

In larger mixer bowl, mix all ingredients except pastry shell; pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 35 minutes longer or until knife edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired.
