GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
10-12 water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. bacon bits
2-3 tbsp. macadamia nuts, chopped

Combine peas, celery, water chestnuts, yogurt and salt. Chill overnight. Add bacon bits and macadamia nuts just before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
