CHICKEN WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. uncooked wild rice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. cashews

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
Dash of lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. pimento

Cook wild rice, bouillon and water in a saucepan until water is absorbed. Place rice in a bowl, refrigerate until cool. Combine dressing ingredients. Mix rest of ingredients, add rice and combine with dressing. Serves 4.
