MEXICAN TOSSED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 c. sliced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. commercial Russian salad dressing
3 c. corn chips, broken

Place lettuce in large bowl; top with beans, tomatoes and onions. Add salt and pepper and cheese. Just before serving, add dressing and chips. Toss to combine.
