MEXICAN DELIGHT 
Use 2 medium or 1 large can refried beans. Spread in dish. Spread 1 (8 oz.) sour cream over beans.

GUACAMOLE:

2 or 3 avocados
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice
Garlic salt and salt to taste
1/2 sm. onion, grated
2 tomatoes from Rotel tomatoes, chopped
2 or 3 tsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mash avocados and other ingredients together. Spread over sour cream. Spread 1 small bottle picante sauce. Spread 5 or 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese over the top. Can be served on lettuce for individual servings. Serve as a dip with chips.
