PINEAPPLE REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1 c. soft butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple

Crush vanilla wafers. Spread 1 cup in dish, save 1/2 cup for top. Beat (until light and fluffy), butter, powdered sugar and eggs. Spread mixture over crumbs. Whip whipping cream until stiff, then fold in pineapple. Spread over butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover with wax paper and chill overnight.
