BORSCHT MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. Beet Borscht (low cal) with liquid
8 oz. sour cream (low fat)

Boil water and dissolve Jello. Add Jello to Borscht and mix. Add sour cream until dissolved and pour into mold.
