MEXICAN CHEESE SNACKS 
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
6 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 sm. can diced green chilies

Stir all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into 2 x 2 inch squares and serve warm.
