1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 stalk celery
12 oz. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Chop onion, bell pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients except last 4 into ground beef. Shape ground beef mixture and bake for 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine last 4 ingredients and simmer 7-8 minutes on top of stove. Pour onto baked meatloaf and serve.
