CLAM CHOWDER QUICHE 
9 inch pastry shell
1/2 lb. bacon
15 oz. can New England clam chowder
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices Old English cheese

Use frozen or homemade pastry shell. Bake it at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cook and crumble bacon. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Pour 2/3 of mixture into pastry shell. Layer cheese, then pour remaining 1/3 of mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
