BBQ BEEF 
3 lb. beef short ribs
Paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Remove as much of fat as possible from ribs. Sprinkle with paprika. In heavy skillet brown ribs on all sides, turn into casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours turning twice until tender.
