MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1/4 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water 2 c. flour 1 c. pecans, chopped Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and water. Add flour and mix well. Add nuts. Form small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. While hot, roll in powdered sugar. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar after cookies have cooled awhile. |
