CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. chunked chicken
4 oz. spaghetti

Melt shortening in skillet, saute celery, green pepper and onion until tender. Blend soup and milk; add to mixture. Add cheese, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and stir until cheese melts. Add chicken and heat thoroughly. Combine mixture with cooked spaghetti. put into casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or grated sharp cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
