WIN'S MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef, very lean
2 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
6 c. fine bread crumbs (unflavored)
1 tsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 beaten eggs
13 oz. can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix together. Form 1/2 to 3/4 inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turning to brown. Drain and place in deep casserole. Cover with sauce and bake on hour at 325 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 c. barbeque sauce
3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/3 c. strawberry jelly
1/4 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. molasses
Water or tomato juice sufficient to cover meatballs
