SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sweet or cultured sour cream

Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in 1/2 cup fat or salad oil. Remove meat and stir into the fat 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Then add: 2 cups boiling water, 3/4 cup sweet or cultured sour cream. Return meatballs to gravy. Cook 15-20 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
